SCHOOL ADMISSION FORMདགོས་ངེས་ཡིག་ཆའི་འདྲ་བཤུས་སྟེང་ས་གནས་འགོ་འཛིན་ལས་ཁུངས་ཀྱི་དག་མཆན་དང་ལས་དམ་ངེས་པར་དགོས།
Copy of documents required to be attached with this form must have the attestation from the respective settlement officer.
འགེང་ཤོག་ནང་གསལ་ཆ་རྐྱེན་ཁག་མ་ཚང་བའི་རིགས་ལ་སློབ་འཇུག་དང་ལེན་མི་བྱེད་པའི་ངེས་པ་མེད་ཀྱང་སློབ་འཇུག་གནང་ཕྱོགས་ཐད་ཕྱིར་འགྱངས་ཡོང་སྲིད།
Failure to meet the mentioned criteria in the form may not necessarily reject the admission, but can delay the admission process adding to unnecessary nuisance.
