Funding for STSS

Support for Sambhota Tibetan Schools Society (STSS):

With a large number of Central Tibetan Schools are being handed over to Sambhota Tibetan Schools Society, Dharamsala. STSS now is the largest Tibetan educational institution in-exile. Sambhota now manages 68 (including all Pre-Primary) Tibetan refugee schools across India. It caters educational facilities to the children of Tibetans who have settled in remote and far flung refugee settlements designated for Tibetans in India. Some of the remote settlements in Arunachal Pradesh do not have schools for their children. For those children, Sambhota comes in to provide education. We realize that our commitments to preserve our culture and identity can only be achieved by educating our younger generations. However, Sambhota can progress and look for a sustainable solution only with your kind and generous support. Looking back we can see your contributions to sambhota through thick and thin until now which have been enabling us to dream bigger for our underprivileged children. We continue to look forward and count on your support when Sambhota is embarking on a larger responsibility. Hence, with a very high hope and for a genuine cause Sambhota seeks your support in our effort to preserve our unique cultural heritage, language and tradition in-exile and to keep our struggle for justice alive.
