The booklet titled “The Impacts of Rewards and Punishments in School System – A Guideline for Sambhota Tibetan Schools” has been uploaded to the website for reference and implementation in all schools.
All school heads, teachers, and staff members are encouraged to go through the document thoroughly and reflect on the important insights and guidelines shared in it. The booklet highlights the long-term impact that rewards and punishments can have on students’ emotional well-being, behavior, motivation, and overall learning environment.
A proper understanding and careful implementation of the practices suggested in the booklet can help schools create a more positive, supportive, and student-friendly atmosphere. It will also contribute towards strengthening discipline through understanding, encouragement, and responsible guidance rather than fear or harsh measures.
Schools are therefore requested to study the document carefully and take necessary steps to incorporate the recommended practices meaningfully within the school setup for the benefit of students and the overall school community.

Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Kunga Leksang Bhutia, from Kalimpong, West Bengal, a Greek book holder.
I have a bachelor’s degree in computer application from Sikkim Manipal University. I have almost 4 years work experience in relationship manager. Also I am an ex cst student. As I recently heard of vacancy for a librarian in Sambhota Kalimpong so I applied.
I would be very fortunate to work in my ex school and contribute to the Tibetan organisation.
Thanking You,
Kunga Leksang Bhutia
