REFUND POLICY
The donations we receive are entirely voluntary, and we generally do not encounter refund issues. However, in the rare event of an unforeseen refund request, we commit to resolving it within 7 working days. It’s important to note that each refund involves a process with at least three parties, and the communication flow for each refund varies based on the combination of these parties.
Occasionally, refund requests may face challenges such as system or network failures, leading to the request being dropped in the process.
